experience at church on SaBaT was enjoyable. at first entering sanctuary felt overwhelming. cami shared it felt similar for her when she returned from SaBaT at home. it took quite a great effort to get to church in town compared to usual rest, worshipping at home for past few months to heal from grieving process. we missed our friends, with invitation, we returned, welcomed by our family there. i felt good to see everyone.
we stayed and stayed until almost sun set. i shared with cami who sat with me through sabbath school and service that i had fun. i felt comforted by her companionship in this return. her words and sharing reassured, planting seeds of preparation throughout this healing process. i feel grateful. discussion on genesis three for class was insightful. returning to this chapter opened new understanding seen from original language.
i felt good to remain and commune with friends we have been absent from for a long time! now is re-engagement. i feel grateful.
