YDH AB SMYM For rains, falling in forest after weeks of dry spell. i feel relieved, grateful for much needed moisture, welcoming this dew from heaven refreshing parched forest, easing drought of many weeks. goats are happy and content in the fence. i traverse forest from north to south end, back to cultivated area to dismantle cluster’s curse, stripping growth, uprooting smaller plants to feed banana patches fringing forest.
sleepover savored by children with friends celebrating jessi’s bday. driving up dusty road last evening to pick up her friend occasioned apprehension, haven’t driven in over a year and unfamiliar. coming back down was easier, more confident, natural, regaining boldness, control, ease. this past year being onerous, afforded no opportunity for leisure nor space for such jaunts. with Restoration is lightening, opening mind to accommodate excursions. i feel grateful.
i feel grateful to have opportunity to connect with the children’s friends, to see what they are up to and how they are growing into young adulthood. jessi prepared breakfast that smells so good. we will have some together then i continue study. today is Revelation 4:11, last verse of the chapter.
