three nights in row of disrupted rest, dog barking, phone calls coming in at odd hours, running thoughts when awaken. i feel need for proper rest. feeling need for requisites of LIFE, well being, health. need for diligence in practice availing necessary elements of LIFE: nutrition in sunshine, fresh pure air, water, whole plant food fresh, free from taint of poisons, proper dosing of rest, activity, cleanliness, mental poise, warmth in temperature, companionship, friendship. conscious awareness and effort are required to supply our well being with these needs inherent to LIFE.
