i feel grateful for ABa’s Healing Restoration, no matter what is happening outside of my control in our world, ABa’s Strength Sustains and i may always trust in LIFE GIVER’s Ownership, Jurisdiction, Direction.  Will Of LIFE Guides In Way Faithful.  Eternal Maintenance Settle children gone out of control, diseased, violent, insane, destructive in Discipline Of Parent, Given Reality Of Factual Truth Face to face.  pressings of the end, conclusion of our way of existence is intense, at times, i do not care to know any negativity, unconscionable murdering causing extinction every place of plants, animals, ourselves along with earth.

the concept or seeing of another, projection outward of separation is not Reality.  LIFE Is ONE.  when we choose to harm or kill something, we are harming ourselves, all is Connected With LIFE.  by this extension, our choice to kill LIFE has become rampant, billions of animals, trees, scores of humans are killed, murdered, destroyed senselessly, all for sake of insatiable appetite, covetousness gone mad.  i saw a friend slathering poisonous sunscreen on her body, then promoting it to ignorant teens in her care who followed her example.  if one reads the ingredients on the label, you will see all manner of toxins infused in this compound sold to public for money, claiming protection from the sun.

humans have gone without sunscreen for thousands of years without harm, why all of sudden in past 20 years it has become necessary?  are all the claims legitimate?  recently there is discovery that a single cell protozoa could replace the rabbit in animal testing for cosmetic products and was touted as a savior for the rabbit.  we have ardently abused every Good thing ABa has Given to us, turning Blessing into curse, condemning ourselves to death in process.  there is nothing Good that mankind has contributed to Nature.  japan recently was caught in falsifying records for killing whales.  apparently, they are not being honest in their reports to the world about their killings of endangered whales going extinct.

i informed my friend and her teenage nephew and niece that research has shown 70% of the sunscreen applied outside the body goes into the ocean, causing pollution, ending up ineffective in assumed protection from supposed harm of sun.  i have not found such products to be effective as claimed.  eating a healthful diet away from harmful adulterated oils have been found to be helpful, also use of organic coconut oil provides natural spf, certain herbs also provide such protection internally when ingested.  when these toxic substances are applied, it not only harms the person using it, deposits into the environment contaminates, people are affected from noxious emissions of these products, with allergy rates sky high, deadly reactions could be triggered.

we are a very sick bunch.  dr. shelton wrote that health is beauty.  i witness the truth of his observation, our world today is filled with very ugly peoples, especially in america, where cancer, heart disease, medical related deaths are the three top killers of people.  statistically, 70% of our people are obese, rare to find someone that even looks healthy.  we live in a very toxic environment surrounded by artificial devices, fabrications, designs disconnected from Natural LIFE.  the gardens we plant are artificial, sprayed with massive amounts of toxic chemicals to keep anything Alive from invading our possessed occupied lands.  hundreds of billions of tons of these pollutants from monsanto are sold as roundup each year, the number increasing, causing cancers, birth defects, sterility, rampant disease from toxicity in every system.

destruction of the world needs not a war, we are killing ourselves by wrongful choices that cause harm every place, believing in lies of companies pandering to our ignorance, darkness, stupidity.  ABa has Provided the Perfect System for all things to thrive together, pride is stupid to think it can do better than LIFE GIVER Creator, Source Of Existence, thus it tries and fails miserably.  we are witnessing its inane attempts plunged in self serving deception, illegitimate impotent claims that can never be Rightful, causing death, destruction every place, to every thing.  corruption, decay, ruin touches every thing, it is absolutely disgusting, ugly, cloaked in false advertising, foundation-less assertions, empty professions.  ABa ONLY Is Truthful, Genuine, Authentic, Eternal, Changeless, Immutable.  Owner Landlord is Returning to Claim Rightful Possession, tenants must be examined, many will fail.  i feel grateful for ABa’s Ceaseless Mercy Restoring every thing back to Order, Lawfulness, Rightfulness.  there is no need to argue anything, Settlement Is Near, Vindication Complete, Answer Known in Unrestrained LOVE.

pride will not allow itself to be Embraced, even in Condition-less Forgiveness, it must have its own conditions, thus it isolates, separates, disconnects from LIFE Source.  we know what happens to any thing severed from Source Of LIFE, it dies.  it is a choice, ABa Will Honor even this choice, opposing LIFE AS IS, in resistant stubborn fatality.  along with pride goes falsehood, the two are inseparable, pride cannot be Truthful insisting on opposing LIFE, Truth, LOVE Unrestrained.  it hates every thing to do with LIFE, thus it chooses death, destruction, killing, stealing, pretending, and wants to drag every thing, every one into destruction.  that will not happen because it is not Natural, Owner’s Will Of LIFE Is Certain, Resolved, Balanced, Making Room for every choice in Freedom Of Decision Complete.  prayerfully, we all choose LIFE, but in Freedom, every one gets to choose.  i witness most, majority, masses choosing death and its ways, rare is to find one who LOVES LIFE and chooses Truth instead of lies.  ABa does not coerce against conscience, thus, Mercy allows choices in death, destruction, evil, injury, harm, devastation, disease, calamities, extinction, annihilation, extermination of self.

prayer 7.14.15

i read something like this in thoreau:  The mass of men serve the state thus, not as men mainly, but as machines… office-holders — serve the state chiefly with their heads;  and, as they rarely make any moral distinctions, they are as likely to serve the devil, without intending it, as God.  A very few — as heroes, patriots, martyrs, reformers in the great sense, and men — serve the state with their conscience also, and so necessarily resist it for the most part;  and they are commonly treated as enemies by it…  All men recognize the right of revolution;  that is, the right to refuse allegiance to, and to resist, the government, when its tyranny or its inefficiency are great and unendurable… What makes this duty the more urgent is that fact that the country so overrun is not our own… Action from principle, the perception and the performance of right, changes things and relations;  it is essentially revolutionary… separating the diabolical… from the divine… Let your life be a counter-friction to stop the machine.  What i have to do is to see, at any rate, that I do not lend myself to the wrong which I condemn… at once effectually withdraw… support, both in person and property, from the government… if one HONEST man… were actually to withdraw from this co-partnership and be locked up in the county jail therefor, it would be the abolition of slavery in America.  For it matters not how small the beginning may seem to be:  what is once well done is done forever.”

we are coming to another revolution, perhaps this time, it will be Complete.  “That government is best which governs not at all… and when men are prepared for it, that will be the kind of government which they will have… most governments are usually, and all governments are sometimes, inexpedient… only a mode which the people have chosen to execute their will, is equally liable to be abused and perverted before the people can act through it… a government in which the majority rule in all cases can not be based on justice.”  this of course refers to human governments.  ABa’s Rule Is Complete, Irrefutable, Established Law Of LIFE pervades every thing.  when peoples are governed inwardly by Conscience, Rightfulness, Beneficence, we may reach what thoreau is talking about.  “A wise man will not leave the right to the mercy of chance, nor wish it to prevail through the power of the majority.  There is but little virtue in the action of masses of men… Only his vote can hasten the abolition of slavery who asserts his own freedom by his vote.”

i was sitting across from patient day before doing head to toe exam for monthly monitoring.  he appears to be coherent but something was off.  as much as he seemed adamant about his right to refuse health, he also seemed addicted to junk foods stashed away in his room.  when issue of healthful living is addressed, he raises his hand in defiance and wave refusal to any counsel.  in such cases, i believe he is really enslaved, addiction driving his behavior because he seemed not to be able to live without such harmful substances.  what he really needs is a break from such dependence.  i do not know that someone who is suffering addiction, rather enslavement, is capable of pulling themselves out of habituation.  that is why many addicts go to rehab to rid the dependence.  his body desperately wants to heal but his addiction will not allow slave freedom from devotion that is ruining his health.  i feel if he, his family, caretakers watched the movie fed up, also hungry for change, perhaps they may choose differently, armed with knowledge about enslaving addictions to adulterated junk foods.

chemical companies apparently are doing the same thing with junk foods as they did with cigarettes, claiming harmful addictive substances in their fake foods are not harmful when we have rampant sickness caused by eating of such adulterated products not fit for human consumption, toxic to our systems, detrimental to healthfulness.  most people do not know what they are doing when they consume such things, end up fat, sick, nearly dead, feel powerless against their addiction.  this is normal, we have been deceived completely.  only now that we witness destructive harm in our children fed on this diet of junk foods do we realize consequence of inferior choice away from natural, disconnected from LIFE.  it is still perhaps not too late to make a different choice, to choose LIFE instead of death.  when someone chooses death, it is abnormal, irrational, as if driven to decision thinking that death is LIFE when it is not.

perhaps my patient may still have a chance for Revival.  i see his true spirit desire release from bondage of dependence but he is possessed by his habit, unable to speak Truth.  he needs a little help, perhaps a lot of help, to reverse effects, some of which are permanent, causing damage to his person, but nonetheless, reversal may be possible.  addicts cannot remain with the very substances of their dependence, they must be separated from them so that there is Room Made for Recovery.  they have lost all control, inhibitions, reason, to even have a choice against harm to themselves.  that is why most the time, it is family and friends who have to step in to help them because they can no longer separate themselves from harmful things they are addicted to.  alcohol, drugs we understand, food is a whole other issue, seen as nourishment but in reality, adulterated foods today are essentially chemical drugs laced with refined ingredients that take away will power against them, enslaving entire nations to consume them at will for harm.  this is how producers of such substances profit, by enslavement.

i see a ray of HOPE, when someone is given opportunity to Rest from such substances, consuming instead nourishing natural whole real foods, no longer craving this junk.  i witness jacob in a little over a week transformed, calmer, off his antidepressant, vibrant, smiling, happy, energetic, learning to cook, clean, absorbing massive amounts of information on healthful living, surrounded in support of nature.  city living is hard on the person, someone like jacob is subject to so many disadvantages, stress, abnormal things disconnected from nature.  until one has a chance to come away and Rest in ABa’s Restoration, it is hard to know the difference between Truth, Reality or falsehood because the latter is pandered as truth when it is a lie of deception.  we each have a choice, ABa Effecting Goodwill Of LIFE for our Renewal, Given tools, Made Room for in Freedom Of Decision, Choice In Freewill.  my patient may seem to act like he is free to choose to eat all the junk food he wants but he is not free at all to leave it, because of his addiction to it.  jacob had opportunity to leave his environ to come here to live with us for 12 days, in this time is Restoration to Healthfulness.

perhaps my patient will still have time, he still has LIFE yet, when he is dead, there will be no more time to choose.  maybe that is why opposer of LIFE desires death for all, it ends our Free Choice, also proclivity for enslavement, because it keeps a person from having Freedom Of Decision.  i feel grateful for ABa’s Deliverance, Liberation Of Joyfulness, Complete Freedom In Salvation Of LIFE GIVER.  we are created to be Free, Open, Alive, Breathing, Spirited.  opposing principle hates Freedom and seeks destruction of LIFE.  we have a choice, choose LIFE, Best, Finest.

prayer 2.18.15

YDH AB For Healing, Restoring Vibrant Health, Recovered from exhaustion from time spent at kapoho retreat learning routine and procedures, a potential work place.  smell of the place permeates everything, settles, requiring till morning to eliminate fetor.  much expelled from lungs during drive back, emitting continuously from tissues from afternoon nap through evening.  reeking with this odor, fetid to my senses, i feel grateful it is now rid and i may bathe to cleanse from this atmosphere.

being at this retreat allowed old things to emerge for healing.  galvanized with perspective of healing from dr. herbert shelton’s writings, i feel discordance with artificial, unnatural supplementation via liquid and pilled foreign substances introduced by mouth or other orifices, invasively via blood and tissues.  man engineered interventions that go against our design, causing pain, discomfort, opposing body’s attempt to purge, expel, self heal.  much of these things were practiced at the retreat, bringing back experiences at various other supposed healing retreats where much time and resources were spent in past investigating modalities.  in the end, AB’s Way Is Best, Most Efficacious, Safest, when we allow our Intelligently Designed physicality to self heal.  our job mainly in supplying requisites of LIFE, trusting in AB’s Will Of Restoration In Unrestrained LOVE.

feeling so many sick things arise to be cleansed, calm amid stirring, procedures, unwell patients tolerating so much messing with when REST is what is required.  to be fed and nourished not with man-made concoctions but sunshine, fresh air, pure water, whole plant fresh untainted, properly combined foods adapted to need of organism, proper rest and activity, cleanliness inward and outward, trust in AB’s Wisdom, Heart Of Healing.  an instance of self healing with attentive nursing occurred personally with dark spot on right upper corner of forehead near hair line.  many pigment changes cropped up after birth of children in state of depletion.  the spot remained for almost two decades, darken, slightly raised, thus i asked AB for Solution.  Inspiration came about joey’s incident with garlic to her finger wart.  in diligent over zealous application, a hole was burnt since the garlic was taped to her hand for multiple days!  

learning from her experience, an artificial garlic burn was induced of this skin spot where garlic was applied squeezing juice in contact with skin to cause irritation enough to engender self healing in that particular spot.  after three intermittent applications, area began to redden like a burn with slight blistering.  sensing resistance in body for more applications, area was protected with tree resin of sangre de drago.  spot dried like garlic paper skin in couple days, last evening an itch in area signals completion of healing with thin paper like skin peeling off to reveal new, healthy skin underneath.  one can only have lasting results if all requisites of LIFE are supplied, Law Of Health, Well Being Conforming, otherwise, it will only be skin deep and spot may recur because underlying habits and conditions are not properly rendered.

the spot was located over stomach, gall bladder, liver meridians on forehead, these same meridians related to organs on right leg which exhibited purging, renovation, healing.  i feel grateful for this comprehensive awareness of healing, help from cold laser, knowledge for self massage in congested areas on leg where meridians were overloaded with work creating traffic jams.  restoration encouraged, effectuating beautiful recovery using natural means to work with the body, not against it.  our bodies put up with a great deal for decades in violation of natural order, it can use some attention, kindness, appreciating it’s facility to self heal instead of overriding this essential element of restoration.  this Design Deserves our Respect in every Way, recognizing to acknowledge its vital function in our well being.  AB’s Reason, Plan, Will For LIFE Is Certainly Superior to ours, Being Creator Maker of us, thus behooves us to obey Law Of Being, LIFE, Health.

drive down to kapoho retreat on ocean, post hurricane iselle, i witnessed extent of devastation in area, many car size trunks of albizia fallen.  hundred foot tall trees toppled, along the road, cut, cleared, lying to decay, feeding next crop of trees.  i could barely recognize the area from lava tree state park down, no longer lines by majestic canopy against blue sky.  no tree is junk, this is merely our terminology and definition because we do not like them.  there is function for each one, even the invasive.  i choose to bless custer’s curse that are prolific in our land, thriving above all others, when pulled and taken down, is useful to feed others with nutrients drawn by it’s extensive roots.  i see the same for albizia, if properly maintained and utilized, may benefit the land, being nitrogen fixing along with all its relations of the same kind.  if kept small, may be used for mulching since it is fast growing, branches may be stripped from tree to feed other slower growing fruiting trees.

gardening is stewardship.  it is tending a place, Gift Of AB to nourish us in activity, enjoyment, produce that feed body, mind, spirit.  for me, there is no better place to be fed undisturbed, working with Law Of LIFE, taught Principles In Application for our well being.  experience comes from attentive observation, of time spent in work with our plant companions, that we are partners, not user and producer, we may enhance contribution to find abundant reward awaiting.  i feel so grateful for every seed of LIFE, living plant, cycle of life infused by myriad of beneficial organisms knit together in fabric of Being in this place.  witness to AB’s Intelligence, Wisdom, Gift Of LIFE, Beneficence In Unrestrained LOVE, Constant Attending For our Cultivation.  AB’s Planting Is Certainly BEST,  AB’s trees human, AB’s Enrichment, Training, Friendship, Education, Growth In Favor, Approval, Good Will, Constant Support Impartial, Advantageous, Courteous.  nothing Good is forced on anyone but each Empowered to choose freely, even to die against LIFE.  this is Unrestrained LOVE, Mercy Unceasing In Demonstration, allowing contravention that we may have significance, consequence in our choices.  thus we must choose wisely, according to LIFE, to know Benefit, otherwise, we shall only face destruction because our choices are effectual, of import.

the sky promises no rains for yet another day.  we continue to conserve resources, to live judiciously, tending to our plant friends bring great joy and comfort.  i begin to understand pam’s love of her gardens, spending day upon day in the forest tending her friends rooted in the earth, they walk and move only with the elements, propagation, nature planting her gardens, verdant with growth.  i feel grateful for this space to work and play.

prayer 2.9.15

death of pride, willfulness, painful but necessary that union may exist in broad context.  removed from society, fellowship, company affords deeper sensitivity in perception as callousness is healed, sensitivity restored, living in one’s reality and not other peoples’.  returning to association entails regrowing of covering, perchance to shield from awareness of faults.  feeling distress and shock from flood of mixed messages in confusion from people, in doubt, turmoil.  experiencing disheartening disturbances, incongruence, dealing with jumbled perplexity, as we come to clearer Authenticity, Truth, Genuineness, Coming Together.

inherent within us is need for communion, affinity, kinship, connection, yet this need cannot be met realistically by another unless they may be in tune, harmonized, peaceful.  meeting in Unrestrained LOVE avails space for convergence, participation, contribution.  Humility cohere, bind, melting differences when we have One Aim in sight, Mercy, Relationship, Devotion To Truth.  we may come to appreciate each other’s process, journey, struggles, willing to be vulnerable, remaining soft, yielding, gentle, meek.  dropping vanity for Substance, choosing cooperation, synergy, acceptance, forgiveness.  Spirit Of LIFE Enables diffidence, service, simplicity, truthfulness, togetherness in union.

three nights in row of disrupted rest, dog barking, phone calls coming in at odd hours, running thoughts when awaken.  i feel need for proper rest.  feeling need for requisites of LIFE, well being, health.  need for diligence in practice availing necessary elements of LIFE:  nutrition in sunshine, fresh pure air, water, whole plant food fresh, free from taint of poisons, proper dosing of rest, activity, cleanliness, mental poise, warmth in temperature, companionship, friendship.  conscious awareness and effort are required to supply our well being with these needs inherent to LIFE.  AB Provides but it is up to us to imbibe, assimilate, incorporate elements of health, conform to laws of our being, a constant undertaking, non-stop application in maintenance.

our hearts beat, we breathe breath after breath, these sustained by AB LIFE GIVER.  nerve impulses transmit messages integrated in neural network yet comprehended in the mind that lives beyond the physical.  every minute detail of chemical, electric, magnetic transaction cascading continuously, stuff of LIFE functioning in us.  predominantly, our bodies put up with much, as majority of messages are overlooked, warning signs disregarded.  even as we succumb, collapse is merciful, that is, naturally, without modern medical intervention.  otherwise, it becomes rounds of painful invasive procedures, drugging, tubes in every orifice, punctures to access circulatory system.  vain attempts to right life when simpler, natural, more efficacious means would suffice.

no amount of intervention can heal, if the organism lacks vitality to heal itself.  no amount of drugs, procedures, ointments, dressings can bring about a wound to heal, unless the individual heals, by inherent program, designed to do so.  attempt any amount of curing processes on a dead thing, nothing happens.  only a live thing can heal itself, that being the Original Design, Plan, Will Of AB SMYM.  how amazing our bodies, how greatly it tolerates all manner of abuses, yet seeks LIFE for us perpetually, consistently, because it obeys the laws of LIFE, of our being, make up.  only we in our deviation choose destruction, death, confusion instead of Truth.  natural consequence follow the laws of LIFE, Existence, Being.  thus we may choose to ignore signals only to suffer result of that choice.

when Best And Finest Is Offered, why do we choose anything inferior?  perhaps we lack trust, perhaps we disbelieve, reject and deny Truth AS IS.  to what end?  is it not Best To Follow And Adhere To Finest That IS?  i feel we compromise for so many reasons but none valid.  Truth must be practiced, walked, applied and not simply professed, performed, effectuated.  otherwise it is but empty, futile, useless, inconsequential.  hypocrisy, pretense avails barren, desolate results.  LIFE must be lived, rightly, truthfully, we are not just actors on stage but Given Significance for every choice we make and effect, Substance, Meaning Of LIFE, otherwise, what’s the point?

YDH AB SMYM For Safeguard, Preservation, Restoration, Sustenance In Good.  i choose Way Of LIFE.  though great is flooding of distortion, perversion, Truth Is Near, Revealing AS IS, that we may choose LIFE instead of death and destruction.  we only must be willing to open to receive LIFE AS IS, that we may be Nourished.  YDH AB For Provisions Continually To Satisfy every need, Comfort in our distress, Mercy in our destitution, Salvation Unto Eternity, Belonging With AB SMYM LIFE GIVER.
