amid pounding rains with passing of guillermo skirting north of island, i feel Comfort, Assurance in ABa’s Will Of LIFE, Sustenance, Provisions.  is there anything mankind can do to Right our self generated extinction?  can we Restore the mess we have made?  there seems to be all kinds of suggestions, even some very Good ones.  Peace is not sought, pride asserts, dividing, excluding, destroying meaningful participation, barring ideas that can work.  mammon obscures Truth AS IS, covetousness, greed, conceit rule many.  we are oozing in death, destruction is every place and expected, our Only Relief is in ABa’s Sanctuary Safety, Refuge Of Assurance Complete.  mankind deal in falsehood, ABa’s Word Only Is SAFE.  pono stands amid the dousing, forest soaking up liquid percolating through lava rocks.  new kittens yin and yang are feeling at home exploring near the house, inviting themselves into the kitchen for discovery.  i feel grateful we all have a HOME Belonging in LIFE GIVER’s Family.  ABa Encircle in Embrace Protective, Nurturing, Peaceful.  Trust is in ABa’s Truthful Authentic Legitimacy, Father Leader of our Abode, Guiding, Ushering, Conducting every thing that happens here in Balance Of Peaceful Union, Forgiving Acceptance, Complete Restoration AMeN.

i feel grateful for ABa’s Healing Restoration, no matter what is happening outside of my control in our world, ABa’s Strength Sustains and i may always trust in LIFE GIVER’s Ownership, Jurisdiction, Direction.  Will Of LIFE Guides In Way Faithful.  Eternal Maintenance Settle children gone out of control, diseased, violent, insane, destructive in Discipline Of Parent, Given Reality Of Factual Truth Face to face.  pressings of the end, conclusion of our way of existence is intense, at times, i do not care to know any negativity, unconscionable murdering causing extinction every place of plants, animals, ourselves along with earth.

the concept or seeing of another, projection outward of separation is not Reality.  LIFE Is ONE.  when we choose to harm or kill something, we are harming ourselves, all is Connected With LIFE.  by this extension, our choice to kill LIFE has become rampant, billions of animals, trees, scores of humans are killed, murdered, destroyed senselessly, all for sake of insatiable appetite, covetousness gone mad.  i saw a friend slathering poisonous sunscreen on her body, then promoting it to ignorant teens in her care who followed her example.  if one reads the ingredients on the label, you will see all manner of toxins infused in this compound sold to public for money, claiming protection from the sun.

humans have gone without sunscreen for thousands of years without harm, why all of sudden in past 20 years it has become necessary?  are all the claims legitimate?  recently there is discovery that a single cell protozoa could replace the rabbit in animal testing for cosmetic products and was touted as a savior for the rabbit.  we have ardently abused every Good thing ABa has Given to us, turning Blessing into curse, condemning ourselves to death in process.  there is nothing Good that mankind has contributed to Nature.  japan recently was caught in falsifying records for killing whales.  apparently, they are not being honest in their reports to the world about their killings of endangered whales going extinct.

i informed my friend and her teenage nephew and niece that research has shown 70% of the sunscreen applied outside the body goes into the ocean, causing pollution, ending up ineffective in assumed protection from supposed harm of sun.  i have not found such products to be effective as claimed.  eating a healthful diet away from harmful adulterated oils have been found to be helpful, also use of organic coconut oil provides natural spf, certain herbs also provide such protection internally when ingested.  when these toxic substances are applied, it not only harms the person using it, deposits into the environment contaminates, people are affected from noxious emissions of these products, with allergy rates sky high, deadly reactions could be triggered.

we are a very sick bunch.  dr. shelton wrote that health is beauty.  i witness the truth of his observation, our world today is filled with very ugly peoples, especially in america, where cancer, heart disease, medical related deaths are the three top killers of people.  statistically, 70% of our people are obese, rare to find someone that even looks healthy.  we live in a very toxic environment surrounded by artificial devices, fabrications, designs disconnected from Natural LIFE.  the gardens we plant are artificial, sprayed with massive amounts of toxic chemicals to keep anything Alive from invading our possessed occupied lands.  hundreds of billions of tons of these pollutants from monsanto are sold as roundup each year, the number increasing, causing cancers, birth defects, sterility, rampant disease from toxicity in every system.

destruction of the world needs not a war, we are killing ourselves by wrongful choices that cause harm every place, believing in lies of companies pandering to our ignorance, darkness, stupidity.  ABa has Provided the Perfect System for all things to thrive together, pride is stupid to think it can do better than LIFE GIVER Creator, Source Of Existence, thus it tries and fails miserably.  we are witnessing its inane attempts plunged in self serving deception, illegitimate impotent claims that can never be Rightful, causing death, destruction every place, to every thing.  corruption, decay, ruin touches every thing, it is absolutely disgusting, ugly, cloaked in false advertising, foundation-less assertions, empty professions.  ABa ONLY Is Truthful, Genuine, Authentic, Eternal, Changeless, Immutable.  Owner Landlord is Returning to Claim Rightful Possession, tenants must be examined, many will fail.  i feel grateful for ABa’s Ceaseless Mercy Restoring every thing back to Order, Lawfulness, Rightfulness.  there is no need to argue anything, Settlement Is Near, Vindication Complete, Answer Known in Unrestrained LOVE.

pride will not allow itself to be Embraced, even in Condition-less Forgiveness, it must have its own conditions, thus it isolates, separates, disconnects from LIFE Source.  we know what happens to any thing severed from Source Of LIFE, it dies.  it is a choice, ABa Will Honor even this choice, opposing LIFE AS IS, in resistant stubborn fatality.  along with pride goes falsehood, the two are inseparable, pride cannot be Truthful insisting on opposing LIFE, Truth, LOVE Unrestrained.  it hates every thing to do with LIFE, thus it chooses death, destruction, killing, stealing, pretending, and wants to drag every thing, every one into destruction.  that will not happen because it is not Natural, Owner’s Will Of LIFE Is Certain, Resolved, Balanced, Making Room for every choice in Freedom Of Decision Complete.  prayerfully, we all choose LIFE, but in Freedom, every one gets to choose.  i witness most, majority, masses choosing death and its ways, rare is to find one who LOVES LIFE and chooses Truth instead of lies.  ABa does not coerce against conscience, thus, Mercy allows choices in death, destruction, evil, injury, harm, devastation, disease, calamities, extinction, annihilation, extermination of self.

a wave of headache, dizziness, discomfort hit me after eating out at restaurant last evening.  i felt like collapsing but feel grateful the sensation passed.  we had vegetarian dishes at authentic indian restaurant where we would eat at on occasion.  these day, eating out is a hazard because body is clean and protests any violations of healthfulness strongly.  i feel grateful for these signals, steering us away from harm.  with rest, the symptoms dissipated quickly.  our world is so twisted, warped in corruption, nothing is safe any more.  injustice, insanity is rampant, lawlessness, corruption every place, vileness, defilement normal.  we are fat, sick, dying, inundated with massive levels of toxicity every where, in every thing, food, air, water, our natural environ destroyed, we are completely out of control.

a pretty sad state we have created, destroying Pristine Design, Perfection marred by covetous greed.  if not for ABa’s Garden, Protection, Cultivation, i would never hope to continue in this corrupted state but i am here for reason and i will stay according to ABa’s Will Of LIFE for me.  i choose ABa’s Way, Truth, Clear Guidance, Law Of Being, Provision Of Sustenance Maintaining all in Ceaseless Mercy, Unrestrained LOVE, Utter Acceptance, Embrace Of Assuring Approval.  this is my HOME, Belonging, Sanctuary away from harm, destruction, Peace Surpassing all comprehension, HOPE Upheld in Eternal Faithfulness, Verified Trust.  ABa’s Restoration Heals me, Recovering from detrimental effects of pollution, contamination, adulteration.  i cannot wait for ABa’s Complete Renewal of every thing on earth to Original State, Pristine Order, Perfection.

it will be very nice to rid agencies of corruption, degradation, depravity, Returning every thing to Honesty, Clear Transparency, Clean, Fresh, Pure Nature, our Full Rights In Freedom Restored.  i cannot even begin to imagine what it will be like to live in ABa’s World, uncorrupted, sinless, Good, Beneficial, where i no longer have to beware of all the hazards of living in our day, thick in adulteration, suffocating in toxic pollution.  the earth will once again be covered in diversity of LIFE, no longer denuded, parching deserts replenished with lush green forests, our animals Revived from slaughter to live harmonious with peaceful humans who will never cause harm.  imagine a SAFE place without stealing, killing, destruction, how things were Originally.  Owner Maker Cleaning UP our mess, Restoring every thing to how it was in Beginning, Ending rebellion on earth, Terminating destruction, death, evil Permanently.  that will be very nice, to live in ABa’s World, when every thing is Reconciled, Balanced, Concluded AMeN.

fragility of existence, we are mutable.  evil when Light Illuminates contract in fear.  peoples oppressed, persecuted, violated by force, destroyed by transgression, assaulted by dishonor, harmed by infringement, degradation, devaluation.  fear based tactics do not work, never has, never will.  ABa’s Unrestrained LOVE Sustain all expressions, Accepting evil Complete in Forgiveness, Yielding LIFE to all without reservation.  exclusion is a human thing, denying Truth, Access, eliminating whatever is viewed as competition because of covetous greed, fearful unease.  accuser opposers of LIFE afraid of the very thing they dish out to others, covering everything with corruption, falsehood.  grasping, egotistical, deceitful, envious, rapacious, insatiable, voracious hankering for more in dissatisfaction.  it is not enough to destroy peoples, animals, plants, earth with ddt, pcb, agent orange, monsanto continues to create deadly substances for public masked in deception.  genetic adulteration of any living organism’s program, essential code of LIFE, harmful on all levels along with toxic chemicals produced for profit.  facts are veiled, twisted, altered to sell exorbitant, unconscionable, outrageous amounts worldwide, by lying, cheating, intimidation, bullying.

no more bully.  i am not sure how such a hideous existence can emerge, clearly sell out is involved on many fronts, enticed by greed, smooth talking, facts never present.  how else would we agree to such evil?  if we had known the heart, intention, design, meaning of deliberate calculation to cause harm, damage, destruction, deaths, who would agree to such premeditation of malicious ill will?  nefarious, depraved, criminal lawlessness is rampant, Truth Reveals Reality AS IS in suffering, abominable corruption, unspeakable wickedness cloaked in governmental support selling out the peoples.  sinister mischief, malignant degeneracy, demonic depravity rule hearts given over to greed, pride, appetite, intemperance, pleonexia, avarice.  this is not normal nor healthy, it is end stage manifestation of dissatisfaction, a type of insanity, serious mental psychosis, complete disturbance out of Order.  raving mad destruction of LIFE, crazed, enraged, wrathful, violent, there is no reason for existence of such derangement, only that covetousness is cultivated, raising fume warped in adulterating Good.  cunning hatred curry approval for atrocities that do not deserve favor, obscuring Truth to pander lies, manipulating everything to get its wicked ways, disguised to beguile in debauchery, perversion, defilement.

it is time to Stop, End, Cease, Rest.  ABa’s Restoration is called for, Resolute Answer Of LIFE sought, Truth desired every where by peoples obscured in darkness, persecuted by vice, oppressed by tyranny.  the very country created for freedom is immersed in perverse payola.  there is no one Good, all have fallen short in error, missed the Mark, we are blind, deaf, dumb, broken down in collapse, deficient in lack.  ABa Is Near Fulfilling Faithfulness In Devotion, Resolve Settlement of imbalance in Truth AS IS, Honoring every one in creation, Restoring LIFE.  there is something Author Source Of LIFE Knows that monsanto doesn’t.  it can never know Truth because it chooses falsehood.  Ultimate Revelation will shock every one, Unrestrained Beneficence has the Last Word.  i feel grateful for ABa’s Assurance Of LIFE, Comfort Of Approval, Cherishing Embrace Welcoming us HOME, Made Room For In Complete Acceptance Of Warm Reception to Face LIFE.  death is temporary, LIFE Eternal.  i feel grateful for ABa’s Restoration Assuring humanity place With LIFE GIVER, Encircled In Devotion Of Genuine Faithfulness, Real Benefit, Authentic Legitimacy in Truth AS IS Reality AMeN.

i feel Safe In ABa’s Sanctuary, Ownership, Recovery, Given Room to stand, Comforted In Rejoicing Of LIFE GIVER, Returning all children of LIFE to Source Of Being, Origin, Fountain, Spring Of Existence.  ABa’s Tenderness Surround, Covering every wound, Suffering alongside to Sustain family in Constant Support Endlessly.  Faithful Devotion Is Eternal, Given, AS IS, Unconditional.  Mercy Abides With us to show Way Of LIFE, Authenticity, Genuine Character, Honesty, Humility, Integrity, Enduring Everlasting Rule Of LIFE, Unrestrained LOVE.

when we know Heart Of Truth, ABa’s Heart, Will Of LIFE, we may be touched in our hardness to resonate with Gentle Mercy.  perhaps in our pridefulness, covetousness, sickness, deceitfulness, we may choose to reject Truth AS IS because we don’t like such Humble Gentleness that Forgives all without question, Is Immediate, Near, Intimate With us.  we may continue to choose separation.  but Will Of LIFE Is Union, Togetherness, Gathering family all around in Celebration, Rejoicing, Communing of hearts bound fast, Resolving differences, Settling into Joyfulness, Complete Acceptance of all, ABa Leading the Way.  In ABa’s Heart is no difference, separation, but ONE, Healing to Restore rifts made by pride.

when we give up pride, Union Result Naturally.  giving up pride is to give up self, individuation, separation, conceit, feeling special, being right, to Immerse In Union Of Unrestrained LOVE, Receiving everyone irrespective of anything.  ABa does not the segregation, we do, in our prejudice, ignorance, non-acceptance, to feel and be special, trampling others down for pride.  pride hurts, Humility Heals.  we all have a choice always, to choose separation or Union With LIFE.  ABa Makes Room for each one, every one, to choose freely, in these choices is demonstration of our conviction, devotion, commitment, yet ABa Continues to Bless, LOVE, Cherish, bad or good makes no difference to ABa ShaMYM Who Loves All Unconditionally, Unreserved.  no one is special in ABa’s Eyes, Heart, every one Is Special to ABa LIFE GIVER.

there is no space for vying in position, standing, there is no need to compete for recognition, ABa Sees All Equally, Appraises us Privately, Respecting each decision made in Freedom, Accommodating for all choices, even destruction, opposition, death.  ABa Is Ultimate In Sacrifice, Surrender, Truth AS IS Displayed, Shown Forth, Revealing each devotion, choice, worship, for us to realize Truth AS IS, Where we are, How we choose, What we are becoming, Why.  we have too long projected our own infirmities onto ABa, making LIFE GIVER take the blame for our faults.  ABa has Taken our abuses, lies, falsehood, Sustained us despite our total rebellion, Loved us no matter what, Cherishing family severed from union sold out to pride, Constantly Following after us to seek us out.  Never forsaking nor abandoning children of creation, to the point of death, ABa Followed us, Abiding Constant, even in our deepest insanity, blood thirsty murder, unwilling to hear Truth, see Light Of Way, we crucified our ABa to a tree, treated ABa like a criminal, judged ABa unjustly.  ABa remained Silent amid hurling accusations, the accusers pointing finger with three pointing back at self.  the Truth is, we are really accusing self but we were too blind, deaf, dumb to perceive Truth AS IS even when it is Happening.

ABa Forgives without needing any reason, Accepting our decision Complete, Honoring our choices to steal, kill, destroy, plundering earth to ruin.  collectively, we have done nothing Good for earth.  pride has gotten us nowhere but caused global destruction, greed in covetousness has shown itself as ravenous, insatiable, unsatisfactory.  people like monsanto are changing names, leaving the country to escape backlash, running away from responsibility.  those who have the same devotion do likewise, mindful only of pride, how to preserve it, the very thing that is ruining them and every thing.  how foolish, blind, deaf, dumb but it continues to be practiced despite continual failure.  i feel sorry for any opposer of LIFE, severing themselves from Truth, depriving themselves of the very Thing they need most, LIFE.  without LIFE can be nothing else, but stupidity is result of pride, it makes us all dumb, do things we wouldn’t otherwise commit because it blinds and deafens from Truth.  we then only become pretenders, hypocrites, opposers of Authenticity, Honesty, Genuine Character.  it is a natural end, it is also our choice.  we don’t have to end in ruin, ABa Reaches out to Forgive AS IS without condition everything Constantly.  we can choose to Accept Gift Of LIFE.  we also can choose not to accept ABa to devote everything for destruction, natural result of pride.  i choose LIFE, how about you?

prayer 6.13.15

i know of no true REST outside of ABa’s Encirclement.  anything proposed by man is transient, unable to endure, short sighted, insensible at best.  like the ban on hemp back in 1937, of a plant grown world wide for thousands of years, making america completely dependent on outside source.  we used to be the envy of the world in terms of hemp variety, our first president grew it on his land around his house, followed by jefferson, but for some strange reason, it became illegal to grow!

an old american flag held up by senator pictured on her web site is made of hemp.  today, we have to import everything hemp, from food to fiber, and we are prosecuted by the government if we choose to grow this plant.  woody the actor grew four plants as a protest on his land in kentucky few years ago and was brought to trial.  he won, and now, kentuckians can grow this plant legally.  it is obvious the policy is unsound, perverse, foolish, and is being reversed country wide.  hopefully by end of this year, we will be able to grow this plant again in hawaii to reap its benefits.

we need this plant for so many reasons, Restoration being one.  i felt a tremendous improvement in my memory and vision after consuming a hand full of toasted hemp seeds, product of canada.  we have made canadians rich by our improper removal of this plant for almost 80 years in this country.  it is a billion dollar business, with us as their biggest consumer.  few things surprised me about usage of this plant.  hempcrete can be used to build houses, the plant can be grown on polluted soils to extract toxic substances, its oil is medically used for treating epilepsy, cancers and other conditions, its seeds a highly nutritious food, in essence, the entire plant is useful.

whoever made the policy to illegalize hemp has got to be an idiot or really evil!  i witness so many travesties committed globally, genetic modification of organisms being the biggest sham, causing untold harm to our planet, peoples, environment.  every one who commits such crimes against humanity must be tried, judged, sentenced.  people who make choices to harm must pay for their actions.  i feel the ones who are devoted to corruption, perversions, criminal atrocities led by pride, greed, deceit are the true hitlers of our times and must face consequences for their deeds.  every individual, company, politician, government agency, government, country that promotes such harmful practices must come to trial, be judged, consequences mete out.

currently there is no oversight thus illegal activities are rampant.  our government is no longer for the people but for monopolies that oppress the people.  we are so poorly educated to take over reigns of our forefathers, to properly return control to the people will take time and proper education.  we witness injustices committed constantly against the people, devastation of our environment, all for short term gain.  the people are beginning to wake up, thus the push to pass this or that law that will eventually be overturned, criminals want protection they do not deserve.  i am talking about companies like monsanto and associates, big pharma, chemical companies that produce nothing but harmful things for humans and the planet.

we are returning to Balance, in this Restoration, harmful things cannot remain and are being purged.  participants that have stolen, killed, murdered, destroyed on this planet are losing cover as Truth Is Publicized, deception is failing concealment, Light Of Truth Shines Bright Revealing wrongfulness, inappropriateness, harmful results of damaging actions, malignant motivation.  the insanity of such criminal acts unfathomable, hidden in layers of suffocating darkness.  i feel grateful ABa is Unveiling Truth AS IS before our eyes, with Heaven Approaching to Reclaim Rightful Ownership, Truth Is Coming Near, falsehood cannot abide, this is happening right now AMeN!

prayer 6.5.15

awaken early predawn, glint of moonlight reflected from sun is enough to give contrast, outlining features of house framing.  ABa brings me through landscape of internal life, showing progression of Restoration of my heart.  i feel grateful for Revelation to realize how far ABa has brought me, Completing so great an expanse to bridge so many gaps missing, making traverse even, smooth, passable, connected with LIFE GIVER.

feeling refreshed in morning sunrise stretching across tree line in crisp steel brightness, matching slight chill of dawn.  roosters singing in distance, flocks of birds have passed through leaving forest residents in simple songs.  pono is curled up next to her house, barking earlier at some cats.  she is now quiet, still as the forest calm.  warmed by dry sunny day before, welcome respite from drenching rains, looks as if storm has passed to give break in clear skies with sun shining brightly through.  

newly sown patch of alluvial soils sprouted carpet of seedlings, array of plants reside where rocks used to lay bare.  i feel grateful for this gift, hopeful, knowing we have access to this material for growth of vegetation.  when the blue berries, black berries and bay keikis are transplanted into the forest, these will be planted in such deposits.  the first sowing reveals fertility of the soils and what it will support.  buckwheat and radish will live in almost conditions, others will not.  ABa supplies all needed elements for fruitfulness.  we use huge quantities of weeds to enrich plantings, compost, mulching around fruit trees and vines.

day before, i had felt baffled by ethiopian diet.  a book i was reading would help an ethiopian, not a foreigner who has not been to africa or those parts.  i was given the book by a friend visiting many years ago in arcadia.  there is room now to incorporate some elements of this diet into whole plant based eating.  words can be difficult to translate into practice when not simply shown, thus my first attempt at injera, the native bread, my unfermented version unfolded as a crepe, which i have experienced living in europe.  toasted buckwheat whole, flax gold and brown, millet dehulled, sorghum, vitamix renders grains into flour ready to mix with water into gruel, baked on stove top spread thin.  oil less, supple, moist, eaten with curried legumes and vegetables, i feel the dense earthiness of this diet.

all our diets are not that far apart, each lacing into others spanning the entire globe, influenced by local ingredients and cultures.  traditional cultures consume great quantities of whole grains and plants, meat eating being the exception on rare occasions.  my father’s generation ate this way, unaffected by genetic modification of foods.  i feel their western education adulterated their traditional practices, my father for decades became a voracious meat eater, suffering health wise for this addiction.  from passing of my mom, i realize his vulnerability, weaknesses, frailty because she is no longer there to bolster him.  i also ate meat from childhood, not knowing any better.  my mother’s leaning is toward that of vegetarian, my father did not control his appetite, except on religious grounds staying away from unclean foods of the bible.

since his fast year and half before, restored from diabetes, hypertension, gout, psoriasis, gall and kidney stones, history of heart disease, depression, he is more disciplined, remaining plant based but still eating out way too often because of invitations.  he is not at his prime but maintaining relatively well considering impact of grieving and loss this past year.  ABa sustains him in Comfort Of Assurance, Cherishing Approval, Ceaseless Mercy, Unrestrained LOVE, Leading him daily.  i feel he is settling, calming down, easing from confusion into Clarity.  i feel grateful for ABa’s Restoration, Enduring Embrace, Cherishing Support, Complete Acceptance despite our failures, Encouraging to Uplift through dire distress, hardships, sufferings.  when no one is able to stand, ABa Is Near to Carry us in LIFE’s Embrace.  i feel grateful for Settlement, Rest Given, Peaceful Reconciliation, Kept In ABa’s Sanctuary Safety, Support, Faithfulness.

YDH AB SMYM For LIFE, Health, Restoration, Fruitfulness amid drought.  harvest of two banana bunches with many hands of plump fruits, tomatoes thriving in heat and dryness, enjoyed over super.  collection of weeds will make organic liquid feed for plants, goat berries to feed fruit trees, mixed with cardboard, weeds from the field.  i feel grateful for AB’s Provisions.  increasing consumption of live greens, fresh veggies, fruits, i feel more vibrant than eating cooked foods.  dry hot weather enhances eating of fresh things, while amid cool rains, body requires warmer things.

exercise consists of work in the land.  today may be re-bedding goat house, nourishing fruit trees with goat manures, shoveling, digging to incorporate nutriment for plants.  volunteer greens and tomatoes thriving on the edge of greenhouse uncovered.  four mangos pono dog planted are burgeoning along with her avocado.  passionate in digging, planting, she is a wonderful cultivator.  taking down weed trees and shrubbery, enjoying time in forest exploring, fending away animals.  wild pigs no longer visit  after a 30 pound piglet was caught and killed by her years ago.  patrolling her borders, marking territory, swimming in pond across the way in vacant lot, chasing birds, wild chickens, neighborhood dogs, cats.

i remember when we picked her up from side of country road, she was but two hands long, dehydrated, covered in sores, about to collapse, we took her into the car thinking we would find home for her.  she has found home with us since no one wanted her.  i remember taking her to the vet, hearing that’s what one does when you have an animal.  the doc said she needed parvo, a vaccine of sorts, i asked him what for, what ingredients, he skimmed on explanation, basically to say if she does not get it she will get sick and die, and left the room.  picking up the vial, i read ingredients to see i do not wish to have these things in this dog, and left that office never to return.  she has been the healthiest, strongest dog i have had, resilient, happy, vigorous, loving, this year her 7th year with us through thick and thin.

once i found out about unwarranted use of vaccines, harm from ingredients injected, i stopped vaccinating my children years ago.  i wish i would have been informed sooner.  i feel grateful no harm has come to either of them despite my prior ignorance.  continuing years of research, studying works of dr. gunther enderlein, (contemporary to pasteur, only the latter more vociferous and self promoting but without proper knowledge), recently works of dr. tenpenny, dr. herbert shelton.  in field of natural hygiene is education and application of health from healthful living with health as natural consequence.  when people are open minded and research this information, the Truth Is Clear.  this is the same with GMOs, any pharmakeia related process, adulteration to things natural, one finds the money trail, conflicts of interest, criminal, nefarious, malicious practices to promote bad as Good, falsification, fraudulent obscuration of facts, buy out of our government.  one doubts how many in congress, senate, government agencies are not influenced by money paid by huge conglomerates or monopolies to pander their creations to the public.  swaying policies, changing laws in their favor.

i was once educated in convention, practiced in western medical systems for over a decade, but was disheartened by results, harm, injury, deaths, suffering witnessed.  in almost two decades taken to raise my family, was intense search for Answer, alternatives that were efficacious, without side effects, Good.  Answer Is Simple, obey the laws of our being, live healthfully, shun harmful things, practice and use Beneficial things.  health becomes the natural result, fruit, outcome, effect.  nutrition of sunlight, fresh pure air, clean water, whole fresh plant foods that are unadulterated in proper combinations, proper rest, exercise, cleanliness inside and out, physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, poise, calm, trust in LIFE AS IS.  i feel stronger, more alive, healthier today than i did over two decade ago.  no longer struggle with weight, body is firm with healthy flesh, am capable for full day’s work on the land without tiring, have no desire nor need for medicament per convention.  despite familial history of heart problems and deaths, i am vibrant, healthy, active toward my fifth decade, mind sharper, keener, quicker than when younger.

my mom passed away few months ago from carotid dissection leading to massive stroke.  my biological maternal grandmother passed away decades ago from heart attack.  adoptive maternal grandparents from stroke, alzheimer.  maternal grandfather from cancer.  paternal grandfather also cancer.  paternal grandma who lived in country most her life chasing after her chickens, farmed her vegetables, raised pigs, died of old age at 104 a few years ago.  i knew my grandma to be feisty, active, always a tiny little thing, eats minimally, lived like the ancients.  my father has history of heart attack, high blood pressure, type ii diabetes, depression, kidney stones, gout, psoriasis, is stubborn, irritable, impatient.  last year when he and mom came to hawaii to visit, they fasted for restoration.  within one week, blood pressures and sugars normalized, emotions calmed, spirits revived, psoriasis healed on face, arms and legs, dissolved kidney and gall stones were passed, sweetness, pleasantness availed that i have never witnessed before in my father.  he became patient, loving, kind toward my mother.  their relationship revived, rekindled in his kindness, carefulness, attention.

i feel so grateful we were able to recover and be restored as a family when they were here.  however, they were not able to stay true nor maintain healthful practices when they returned to LA, my mom succumbed.  my father is not far behind, his girth expanding quickly as he is eating out much with friends while traveling in asia.  i see his mood is following his health condition, declining again, a scowl returning on his face, the happy glow departing.  there is nothing one can do with someone who chooses contrary to counsel.  it is after all their life, their choice, results they must live with, albeit we as family will have to pick up pieces after.  what i realize is, when body is given rest physiologically in fasting, it’s natural inclination is to restore, repair, renovate, using conserved energy from this rest proper.  toxins are removed not only from blood, but also from various tissues, fat, bone, where they have been tucked away to preserve vital functions.  it is clearly documented that when body is able to detox, (most effective way i have witnessed is to allow it to do so on it’s own, having been Intelligently Designed, Programmed to do so), fatty accumulation used for insulating harmful substances no longer needed, will also be dissolved, expelled. 

our state of obesity reflects our state of toxicity.  increased level of toxicity leads to irritation which leads to inflammation, then hardening or sclerosis, culminating in structural change or mutation.  thus cancer being the last state of toxic condition.  we must distinguish depletion from lean healthfulness.  this is apparent in malfunction.  the healthy will possess no dysfunction, will remain vibrant, alive, active.  the depleted, unhealthy though thin or lean, will manifest some kinds of dysfunction.  thus the import to keep the body, mind, spirit CLEAN!  we must guard against things that are toxic to our system, physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually.  live as nature intends naturally, with as little artificiality as possible.  today, it becomes rather difficult and effort has to be intentional.  our modern life is covered by man-made things, i feel none of us can escape completely.  as naturally as i live, i am using man-made computer to type my prayers to share.  we are all hooked in, ensnared, imprisoned in man-made systems that enslave.  very few can live without a job and survive.  most do things they hate so they can get things they want, for money.

how few can really be like a thoreau!  i am striving but far from able.  i saw an article of a young man in slippers (man-made plastic), leaning against a self built small mud straw structure reading a book.  he relates how he lives without an income, without money.  that is giving up a great deal!  perhaps it is gaining much.  he looks content, glowing in LIFE, happy in simplicity.  we are moving that direction, perhaps because of the children, i relent, am soft, will compromise and get a job, to meet our needs, until we learn to live on this land more fully, completely.  it is an ideal, better done singly than with family.  perhaps nature will raise the children better than i.  i see and witness their thriving more and more as we integrate deeper in natural life in these woods.  living more connected with What IS, learning about nature rather than destroying it.  appreciating connection, contribution both ways, to realize relevance, meaning, significance, naturally instead of artifice, contrivance, superficiality.  i am being healed from shallowness, living more deeply each day in Truth AS IS.  i feel grateful for AB’s Conducting, Restoration, Recovery, knowing our great need for Mending from brokenness.
